Protein Powder and A Healthy Drink

Ingredients:

  1. Almonds – 100 grams
  2. Cashew nuts – 100 grams
  3. Kashmir Kesar – 3-4 strings
  4. Pistachios – 100 grams
  5. Pumpkin Seeds – 50 grams
  6. Milk – 1 cup
  7. Jaggery powder – 1 tsp.

Method:

  • Dry roast all the ingredients separately,
