Florets &#8211; 1 cup<\/li>\r\n<li>Carrot &#8211; Diced &#8211; 1 cup<\/li>\r\n<li>Sweet Corn &#8211; Peeled &#8211; 2- cups<\/li>\r\n<li>Grated Coconut &#8211; 1\/2 cup<\/li>\r\n<li>Orange Zest \/ Peel\u00a0 &#8211; 1-2 tsp<\/li>\r\n<li>Bird&#8217;s eye chili or Thai chili &#8211; 3-5 no&#8217;s<\/li>\r\n<li>Green chili &#8211; 1 no.<\/li>\r\n<li>Amla \/ Indian gooseberry &#8211; 1\/2 (medium sized) no.<\/li>\r\n<li>Salt and Turmeric Powder &#8211; as needed<\/li>\r\n<li>Grated Ginger &#8211; 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\r\n<li>Mustard seeds, black cumin<b>, <\/b>curry leaves &amp; asafetida along with 2 tsp of Ghee for seasoning<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} -->\r\n<h4><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list -->\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Par boil Corn, followed by Carrots and Broccoli with mild salt.<\/li>\r\n<li>Keep the Seasoning ready with mustard seeds, black cumin, curry leaves, asafetida in a Kadai.<\/li>\r\n<li>Add the chilis, ginger and orange zest, amla and give it a quick stir.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Add the par boiled veggies to the seasoning, let it cool down a bit.<\/li>\r\n<li>Take a small portion (may be 2-3 table spoons) of the above mixture and grind it along with grated coconut.<\/li>\r\n<li>Add the grounded mixture and bring it to quick boil and turn off the flame Ghee gives a great aroma to this recipe. You can substitute with your choice of oil &#8211; be olive or coconut oil.<\/li>\r\n<li>Bird&#8217;s eye chili &#8211; is also &#8211; referred to as Gandhari Menasu in Kannada.<\/li>\r\n<li>Don&#8217;t overcook any of these.
